Ram Trucks Tows the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!
The 89th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is upon us and this year, Ram Trucks will be towing the floats at the parade, due to their reliability and towing capability. Ram is also kicking off a #RamGivesThanks campaign to honor local volunteers and small businesses. Ram Trucks is now the official Truck of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Over 3.5 million people are present at the Parade in NYC every year and about 50 million more are watching from their TV screens. About 70 Ram Trucks and commercial vans will be given to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Ram employees will be helping to transport and move needed items around before and after the show.
Ram Trucks will have the opportunity to showcase their vehicles and their towing capability to several million viewers as well as take part in a major American Event. The brand has made several efforts to connect with the United States fan-base and give back to the community, they recently help a campaign to end hunger in the U.S.
Ram Trucks is also about American heritage and tradition, as made obvious in their branding and advertising. Follow the hashtag #RamGivesThanks to enter a giveaway where one grand prize winner will receive a $5,000 voucher toward a 2-yr lease on a new 2015 or 2016 Ram ProMaster City and more for upfits. Interested people may also participate at ramtrucks.com/ramgivesthanks.
